Rebecca is dedicated to addressing the complex needs of families experiencing involvement with family regulation & policing. As an experienced advocate, she leverages her knowledge of the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families to help those directly impacted and their advocates navigate challenging dynamics and craft solutions to meet their goals.
- Providing consultation on legal cases involving the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families(DCF) including DCF investigations, Fair Hearings & Ongoing Case Involvement
- Available to co-create practice and protocols for navigating mandated reporting obligations
- Currently a Clinical Instructor in the Family Justice Clinic at WilmerHale Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School and a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School
- Formerly a public defender with the Committee for Public Counsel Services, Children and Family Law Division
